Here's what you won't want to miss this weekend.
FRIDAY EVENING: The Wanted Acoustic + Q&A
To celebrate the release of their new greatest hits collection titled Most Wanted, The Wanted visit Kingston for an acoustic set + Q&A at Pryzm.
The event will be compered, but we're asking for your questions in advance too. Some of these will be read out on the night, so enter your question in the Comments box at the checkout.
Times TBC but we expect doors at 7:00pm with The Wanted on stage at 8:00pm.
Prices range from £16 to £39 and tickets are still available.
SATURDAY EVENING: Kingston Chamber Orchestra
Following YouTube performances and two very successful online concerts, the Kingston Chamber Orchestra will mark their return to live performance with a concert featuring principal flute – Ruth Williams as soloist.
They are performing the Divertimento by Busoni, a rarely heard overture from Spanish composer Arriaga. - nicknamed "the Spanish Mozart" - and Beethoven's ground-breaking Eroica Symphony.
The orchestra is conducted by Andy Meyers and takes place at All Saints Church.
Tickets are £15 on the door or £13 online for adults and include a programme and glass of wine. Free entry for under-18s.
SUNDAY: Remembrance services across the borough
Four remembrance services are taking place in Kingston upon Thames this Remembrance Sunday.
- In Kingston, there will be a procession from the Guildhall at 10.37am to the War Memorial by 10.45am for the laying of wreaths and a slightly extended outside service
- In Surbiton there will be a parade from the Surbiton British Legion on Hollyfield Road up to the War Memorial for a service at 10.45am
- In New Malden the service will take place at the War Memorial at 9:30am
- In Chessington the service will take place at the War Memorial at the Royal British Legion HQ, Church Fields, Church Lane, at 10.45am
SATURDAY & SUNDAY: Ice Skating at Hampton Court Palace Ice Rink
Hampton Court Palace ice rink is back for 2021-22 with plenty of skating fun for all.
From 10am to 8.45pm the scenic rink is open for skating sessions with everyone from novices to experts welcome.
If you'd rather just chill out you can grab a drink at the Ice Rink Café and Bar.
The rink is open daily (except on Christmas Day) and runs until January 9 - be sure to book in advance though as tickets sell quickly.
