Thames Water is currently carrying out emergency utility works on Kingston Road in New Malden between Penrith Road and Montem Road.

This section of the road is thus currently closed.

The diversion route for all vehicles is: from the Fountain Roundabout - Malden Road, A3, Tolworth Broadway, Ewell Road, Surbiton Hill Road, Penrhyn Road, Wheatfield Way (travelling from New Malden and the A3) and the reverse route from Kingston.

Transport for London has diverted its bus services and details can be found on its website. Kingston Council says it is liaising with Thames Water to provide more information on the duration of this issue.
