Kingston-born sushi chain opens new shops across the country

KOKORO sushi chain, which was founded by Rak-Kyu Park in Kingston-upon-Thames in 2010, is opening several new shops across the country.

UK towns and cities that have new KOKORO shops opening include Norwich, Wiltshire, Winchester, Norfolk, and Salisbury.

The company specialises in Korean Japanese homemade sushi and there are currently 75 stores nationwide, including in Surbiton and Kingston.
