The Optical Gallery said: "Our journey has been quite a ride, from navigating the challenges of COVID to rebuilding after the unfortunate fire outbreak that led to the closure of our Twickenham gallery for over a year.

"This nomination is a testament to the relentless hard work, passion, and dedication we put into making eyewear not just a necessity, but an accessory of expression and individuality."

They added: "We extend our heartfelt thanks to our amazing clients for trusting us with their visual needs and style, our incredible staff for their unwavering dedication through the good times and the bad times, and our suppliers for allowing us to represent you."

"A big thank you to the esteemed organisers of the awards for recognising our efforts."
