Application to convert New Malden house into Houses in Multiple Occupation granted planning permission

An application to convert a dwelling house, located at 82 Kingston Road in New Malden, into Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) was granted on 28 April.
The application proposed for the "Change of the use from dwelling house (Use Class C3 ) to HMO (Use Class C4) with internal alterations".
It also asked for an "alteration internal layout from 3-bedroom house into 6 bedrooms with 6 shower room and one kitchen/Dining room".
The application site is a two-storey dwelling located to the south-west of Kingston Road.
