Building of former Surbiton bank to be auctioned this week

The building of the former NatWest bank on Victoria Road in Surbiton is being auctioned by acuitus on Thursday (15 May).
The building, which is located next door to the British Heart Foundation, previously failed to sell at an asking price of £560,000 (plus £1,000 per week business rates) and is now going under the hammer with an auctioneer's guideline price of £600,000.

A description of the building reads: "The property comprises an attractive former bank building arranged over ground and basement floors. The property benefits from a yard area to the rear. Floor plans are available upon request."
The building has 235.90 sq. ft of ground floor area and 1,390sq.ft of basement floor area, which equates to a total floor area of 3,929 sq. ft.
