BATS BATS BATS
More of a 'runaway train to the graveyard' than the 'bleed your heart out on the page' type of emo; one way to sum up the sound of Sussex & Surrey band Bats Bats Bats. Their self-released singles 'Darkness', 'Ghosts', 'Death Letters' and now 'Dead & Gone' saw a welcome return to hardcore sensibilities within the realm of the now re-popularised emo genre; hard-hitting, poetic, and chaotic, detailing the horror of getting older and decaying without a purpose. The band's sound heavily features the classic elements of Punk Rock/Emo, as well as a plethora of other influences across the alternative landscape. From riffs which would sit well against the backdrop of the mid-2000s metalcore scene, to vocal melodies that wouldn't be out of place on a 90s skate punk compilation or golden years Kerrang! TV; this is a band who wear their influences on their sleeve while endeavouring to maintain a fresh, modern, and unique sound.

You Will Eat Bugs
London-based power trio who formed around Christmas 2022. In the short time since they have amassed a substantial songbook and released their first EP titled "Way Out West". With the debut single from this "Quite Like the Present" being nominated for Best Debut Single 2023 by Total Rock's Soundshark. Cutting their teeth on gigs in London and the surrounding area, they have received warm welcome from all and are now looking to expand into Southeast England. With a style rooted in early 90s alternative rock they combine melodic introspection and crushingly heavy riffs with a furious live attack. They are definitely one to watch.

Mehïga
Mehïga play fuzz rock…from space. Their music ranges from huge spacey riffage, all the way to songs about a dog called Bryan. Originally from the Birmingham/Midlands, the power trio have been playing together for over 10 years in various projects, and you can hear it! The likes of Sabbath are clearly rooted within this band's veins. Huge influence is drawn from the fuzz/desert giants such as Truckfighters, Slomosa and QOTSA, as well as outside influences ranging from northern jazz to ambient, melodic and progressive music.
