Whats your Kingston postcode worth? New data shows average house prices on local streets
By Tilly O'Brien 6th Aug 2026
Professional fast sales company Property Solvers has tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2020 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the Kingston Upon Thames postcodes.
On Liverpool Road (KT2), three properties were sold for an average of £2,873,333. Whereas Albany Park Road (KT2), saw four properties sold for an average of £2,725,875. And Upper Park Road (KT2) saw three properties sell for an average of £2,366,066.
Some of the cheapest streets include Witts House (KT1) where four properties sold for an average of £240,312, Offers Court (KT1) where four properties sold for an average of £253,750, and Hamond Court (KT2) where five properties sold for an average of £266,000.
Commenting on the data, Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: "To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.
"It's therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Liverpool Road (KT2) sold for £4,000,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £142,500 and under on Witts House (KT1), Hamond Court (KT2) and Haylett Gardens (KT2)."
