Friday 4 August

Crack Comedy, The Grey Horse, 8:30pm-11pm

Crack Comedy specializes in bringing the circuit's best acts to intimate venues and Ram Jam Records has welcomed some huge names and also many rising stars. This week, laugh out loud to Indian sensation Anuvab Pal, Eleanor Tiernan and Erich McElroy.

Taste of Caribbean: Food and Drink Festival, Fairfield Park, 10am-8pm

The UK's biggest food festival dedicated to Caribbean food returns bigger and better for another amazing family day of food, drink, shopping and music.

Come along for an unforgettable outdoor experience where you can purchase delicious cuisines from different islands of the Caribbean. Bring your blankets and foldable chairs, come for lunch or spend the whole day at Fairfield Park.

Dance to reggae, the music of Motown, R&B classics, 80s, 90s and drink lots of rum punch.

Fun fair rides, bouncy castles and face painting are available for kids- adults might be lucky!

This event will feature over 25 of the UK's best restaurants and street food vendors, representing islands all over the Caribbean. Try as many different cuisines as you can! With over 50 variations of dishes, including vegan options, what's not to love?

Kingston Repair Cafe, Kingston Library's Community Room, 10am-1pm

Transition Town Kingston's Repair Cafe is part of an international network of neighbourhood repair cafes that promote repair as an alternative to throwing things away. 

Residents can bring their broken items to fix on the spot with the help of experienced volunteer repairers. All repairs and refreshments are free, though donations towards our costs are very welcome. 

Sunday 6 August

One-woman comedy show Tick My Box, FUSEBOX, 3pm

Will Sooz find the new love of her life, or will it become the worst night of her life. Award winning comedy actress Sian Hutchinson's one woman comedy show comes to FUSEBOX in Kingston for a 'one off' performance.

RJR Spotlight: Eleonora Stole, Charlotte Besley, Rhiri and Tribal Jury, Ram Jam Records behind Grey Horse, 7:30-10pm

Reserve a ticket, buy a drink and help RJR support up and coming local talent play original music, doors at 7pm.

Iconic speakeasy Ram Jam Records is hidden away behind the award winning Smok'd pub at The Grey Horse Kingston (and yes we serve all their award winning food and drink).
