Twickenham Choral Open Rehearsal
Saturday 14 September, St Mary's Church, Twickenham
Join Twickenham Choral for our first rehearsal with newly appointed Music Director Howard Ionascu, as we begin work on Handel's magnificent Messiah in preparation for our concert on 21st December. An ideal opportunity for anyone interested in joining to meet the choir, work on vocal exercises, sing the choruses and see if you like us! This extended 'open' rehearsal on Saturday 14th September will run from 10am - 2pm, with a break for coffee/lunch.
Wildlife Photography
Saturday 14 September, WWT London Wetland Centre, 11am
If you'd like to take better wildlife shots, this workshop led by professional wildlife photographer Nick Dale is perfect for you—and a wonderful way to spend a Saturday morning!
Being at the London Wetland Centre means you'll be surrounded by wonderful photo opportunities, including an otter feeding at 1100. Keeping the group numbers small ensures lots of one-to-one time with Nick, so whether it's technical knowledge, familiarity with your equipment or rules of composition, he can answer all your questions.
Nick Dale is a professional wildlife photographer, taking pictures in 25 countries on all seven continents and winning various awards including the Sunday Times/Audley Travel Big Shot.
