Kingston International Film Festival
Kingston's International Film Festival returns for a three-day celebration of films made by local, national and international film-makers, along with talks, Q&As, kids' events, networking nights, competitions and a gala awards ceremony on the closing night.

Crack comedy at Ram Jam Records
Welcome to the home of Kingston's original and longest running comedy night.
A night of irresistible improv comedy from some of London's finest players. Kickstart the weekend with a razor-sharp, spontaneous, brand new and never-to-be-seen-again show that will leave you saying, like after ALL the best nights out, "you really had to be there…"
You'll be asked for suggestions which will be turned into unforgettable scenes, characters, and songs, all made up right there on the spot. Had a particularly eventful night out recently? They might just ask you about it…

Kingston Vintage Second Life Fashion Pop-Up
This is your chance to grab second-hand designer clothes, vintage, streetwear, and sportswear for just £20 a kilo. The pop-up event will run from 10 am until 4:30 pm, with allocated time slots for you to shop until you drop!
To guarantee a slot, it is recommended to book online, however, if you are unable to you can still turn up on the hour. Children aged 16 and under do not need a ticket.
This Shing Night - Kingston Choral Society Summer Concert
On 24 June, 7.30pm, Kingston Choral Society (KCS) returns to St Andrew's Church, Surbiton, KT6 4DS to present a midsummer concert celebrating and reflecting on the beauty and consolation of light.
The concert features two musical adaptations of text from a poem by James Agee. US composers Samuel Barber and Morten Lauridsen both named their beautiful songs Sure on this Shining Night. Bob Chilcott's triptych Canticles of Light completes the first half. With its opening of tolling bells, this piece is darker in character. Parts one and two are hauntingly lovely prayers for comfort through the night. Brightness returns in part three of the, as a hymn to morning and renewal.

Kingston Vegam Market
The highly popular Vegan Market organised by Ethical Vegan Events is back in Kingston on Sunday 25 June, 10am - 4pm.
Come and meet local small businesses making high-quality vegan products. Even if you're not vegan yourself, the market is an inclusive environment without judgement - the perfect way to learn more about a vegan lifestyle!
Founded by Louise Simpson in 2016, Ethical Vegan Events holds regular weekend markets across surrey as a way to connect conscious consumers with small independent businesses.
