In the midst of a raging war, a group of British school children are left stranded after surviving a devastating plane crash. Ralph is voted the leader over outcast Piggy and rule-breaking Jack. As tensions rise and the hunger for power grows, the group divide and become wildly out of control.
Left to fend for themselves, the children are tested to their limits as they struggle for survival in their new and mysterious surroundings.
Directed by Amy Leach (Macbeth, Oliver Twist, Hamlet, Romeo & Juliet), this must-see production will be a modern staging of William Golding's menacing 20th Century classic.

Record Store Day at Banquet Records
The 'Christmas Day' for over 260 independent record stores across the UK is happening this Saturday, April 22nd.
In reality, it is known as Record Store Day (RSD), a must for all serious-and not so serious-vinyl collectors.
The annual celebration champions the people who make up record stores across the country and internationally - staff, customers and artists, and provides an opportunity to mark the special role record stores have in their communities.
Each year on RSD, the music industry release limited edition vinyl that has previously been unavailable, and can only be purchased in person from independent music stores.
Kingston's beloved Banquet Records will be taking part in Saturday's celebrations with hundreds of one-offs and long awaited reissues set to be available exclusively in store and online from 8am on Monday, April 24th.

An evening with author Julietta Henderson
The Richard and Judy Book Club author of The Funny Thing About Norman Foreman will be reading from her latest novel Sincerely, me.
Julietta Henderson's debut novel was a smash hit in 2021 and her second novel is set to be THE feel-good read of 2023!
Sincerely, me tells the story of Danny Mulberry and his niece Wolfie. Danny lives in his friend's garden shed, spends all his money on beer and hasn't spoken to his sister for sixteen years. Wolfie is the teenage daughter of Danny's estranged sister, Lou. She's never met her uncle. But her mother needs help, so when Wolfie sees Danny's picture in the paper, she sets out to find him. What follows is a heart-warming and often humorous tale of a second chances and forgiveness.
Following the reading, Julietta will take questions and sign copies of her book.
Saturday Art Club at Stanley Picker Gallery
A fun and free Saturday Art Club at Stanley Picker Gallery for children ages 7-11. Parents are encouraged to drop their children off and return at the end of the session, to see what has been going on and visit the exhibition together.
Sessions are led by a team of Kingston School of Art students and alumni, and complement the gallery's programme, which this term is Daniel Shanken's exhibition, The Cascades, a multi-channel installation focusing on networks of information that run in the background of our lives, filtered and curated by intelligent algorithms.
Young artists will delve into the themes of the exhibition in fun and engaging ways – combining interactive games, making, drawing, and discussion – as they explore the practice and processes of contemporary artists, learn new techniques, and have the opportunity to contribute to a special participation showcase at the end of term!
