Every Thursday we bring you our pick of at least 3 amazing events happening in our town on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday.

Here's what we think you'll love this week.

FRIDAY NIGHT: Crack Comedy in Kingston

Kingston's oldest comedy night returns. Head to The Grey Horse pub on Richmond Road for an evening of laughs hosted by some of the best acts on the circuit, brought to you by Ram Jam Records.

When: Friday 15 October at 8.30pm (doors at 8)

Price: Tickets start from £9.50

SATURDAY NIGHT: The Behn String Quartet at St Andrew's Church, Surbiton

This award-winning all female quartet have toured internationally. Now they play the prestigious Thames Concerts series in the stunning church on Maple Road.

When: Saturday 16 October at 7.30pm (doors at 6.45)

Price: £15 on the door, less if booking online. FREE for full-time students, under-16s, and accompanying carers of the disabled.

SUNDAY NIGHT: An Evening Of Shorts at the Rose Theatre

We're really excited about this one. To kick off Kingston's first ever international film festival the theatre is putting on a night of award-winning short films followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers and festival directors.

When: Sunday 17 October at 7pm

Price: £5

Check out this Wedding Fair on Raven's Ait Island, an all-day exhibition of fantastic local wedding suppliers taking place this Sunday.
