If you've walked through Eden Walk recently, then you may have seen a new food van, veggie delights, located right outside the entrance to M&S.

veggie delights opened "around two months ago", says the van's owner Alex and is the first of its kind.

It sells "healthy vegetarian recipes", including halloumi wraps, tabouleh, baba ghanoush, hummus & pitta bread, and fresh juices.

It also sells freshly made falafel, which Alex says is completely vegan, and having personally tried some, is absolutely delicious.

The van is open seven days a week from 10am – 6pm, and according to Alex, might start staying open later "until around 9 or 10pm" when the summer kicks in.
