Early Years: The Perfect Time to Start Performing Arts

Why take part? Research shows that introducing children to performing arts during their early years (ages 3-7) can significantly boost their confidence, creativity, and social skills.

During these formative years, children are naturally imaginative and receptive to new experiences, making it the ideal time to explore movement, music, and creative expression.

"The early years are magical for introducing performing arts," Founder and Principal Teacher at NIX Academy, Nicky, said.

She continued: "Children at this age absorb everything like little sponges. We've seen countless shy little ones blossom into confident performers through our nurturing approach.

"These taster sessions are the perfect way for little ones to dip their toes into a magical world of dance and theatre in pressure-free environments, completely free of charge."

Two Fun Programmes Designed for Young Performers

The free taster sessions are tailored specifically for two age groups:

  • Expert teachers trained in early years development
