The receptionist role is a busy one, tasked with managing 16 practitioners and who see up to 500 patients a week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients
  • Telephone enquiries
  • Appointment booking
  • Receiving and logging payments

The new HR manager will be expected to support the recruitment of staff for the new college, alongside the transfer of current staff from the smaller Putney Vale school, which will be closing with the opening of Thomas’s College.

This role will be based at the college in Richmond, and will involve occasional travel to the group’s HR office in Battersea.

“Applications invited from experienced, dynamic and enthusiastic HR professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a flourishing, innovative environment,” reads the listing.
