A new hardware and DIY store has opened on Surbiton's high street.

Surbiton Hardware & DIY, which is located on Victoria Road, opened its doors to the community last week.

The store sells a variety of hardware and DIY tools.

This part of the store takes up one half of the venue, while the other half will soon be turned into a carpeting and flooring store called Surbiton Carpet & Flooring.

Speaking about the opening, one of the store's staff, who is from Wimbledon, told Nub News: "We're super excited to open in Surbiton and serve the community. The people are so nice here."
