Urban Fun Kingston, the multi-level entertainment playground from Funbox Entertainment, will open its doors to the public on Friday ,12 December, promising a full weekend packed with unforgettable fun for all ages.
The doors will open at 10am each day for a jam-packed family weekend, featuring spot prizes, giveaways, and cheeky challenges around every corner.
Guests can enjoy activities such as Brunswick duck-pin bowling, AR darts, Subsoccer football, axe throwing, mini-golf, curling lanes, and more.
Competitions run throughout the weekend, including spot and performance prizes, and the challenge of grabbing what you can in the wind machine – catch the cash, take a snap and make it a memory that lasts.
From 12pm–5pm each day, Urban Fun's lucky Monkey mascot will be on hand dishing out treats and mementos and is the perfect time for kids to snap a fun memory with the loveable mascot.
Festive bites, from mini mince pies to tasty menu samples, will be circulating, adding a delicious seasonal twist to the fun.
As the evenings set in, the energy will ramp up from 8pm with high-energy tunes from the resident DJ spinning until midnight, transforming the venue into a lively, adult-focused night out.
Urban Fun also boasts Europe's first ICEE Slush Rush machine, a 12-person private karaoke room, and a cutting-edge arcade featuring UK-first machines, including VR, AR, cranes, prize games, and boxing challenges.
Guests can win digital tickets on many of the games and redeem their prizes via the Gamergreen system, with prizes delivered straight to their door by Amazon Prime, a world-first innovation.
Urban Fun said: "Add in two vibrant bars, a mouth-watering food menu, Sky Sports and TNT Sports across multiple screens, American pool tables, and horse racing simulators, and you have a venue unlike anything else in the area.
"We're thrilled to open Urban Fun to the public and bring a next-level experience to Kingston," said Matthew Deith, Managing Director of Urban Fun.
"From family fun in the day to high-energy nights, there's something for everyone. This is just the beginning of an exciting new chapter for town-centre entertainment."
On Sunday ,14 December, the Mayor of Kingston (Cllr Noel Hadjimichael) will pop in at 2pm.
Kirsten Henly, Chief Executive of Kingston First, added: "Urban Fun is a fantastic boost for Kingston town centre. It creates jobs, brings new energy to the high street, and offers families and friends another reason to come together and enjoy everything our town has to offer."
