Kingston’s top places to go for Christmas dinner revealed

With Christmas being just over a month away, you might be wondering where's best in Kingston to go for either an early Christmas dinner or for your actual Christmas Day feast.
Well, do not worry as Kingston Nub News has listed some of the top places to go for Christmas dinner in our town.
Browns

Located on the riverside, Browns Kingston has a variety of festive menus available for the Christmas period, including a special one for the big day.
Browns' Christmas day menu costs £100 per person and requires a deposit of £25 per person with full payment due by 1 December 2025.
The menu includes Browns' classic Roast Turkey and Christmas pudding as well as indulgent specials such as Scottish Smoked Salmon Caviar, Devonshire Crab & King Prawn Cocktail Duo of Lamb, Beef Wellington, alongside an "irresistible" selection of desserts.

If cannot wait until the big day for your Christmas meal, then do not worry as Browns also has a festive menu and set festive celebration menu created especially for the festive season which are available from now until 30 December.
Along with its classic Roast Turkey with all the trimmings, Browns has created an "exceptional festive menu for you to enjoy from £45 for three courses, as well as a bespoke gluten free festive set menu accredited by Coeliac UK.

Bills

Next door Bills is also offering a Christmas set menu from now until 30 December (but is not open on Christmas Day).
Bills' festive menu costs £35.50 per person for three courses and includes a variety of festive favourites such as King Prawn Cocktail, Turkey Breast with Festive Stuffing, and Sticky Toffee Pudding.
And if you book and dine between now and 3 December, you will get a free glass of fizz with your meal.

Megans

For those of you looking for something a little different from the standard Christmas turkey roast, Mediterranean restaurant chain Megans, which has venues in both Kingston and Surbiton is also offering a festive feast to get you in the Christmas spirit.
While neither venue is open on Christmas day, they both have a Christmas feasting set menu on offer, which includes either three courses for £42 per person or four courses for £47 per person as well as Christmas crackers.
All courses are Mediterranean inspired with dishes including koftes, halloumi skewers and Turkish Cheese fondue.
For those opting for the four-course option, your fourth course (afters) will include mulled wine and mince pies. Anyone booking from this menu must pre-order food options seven days before your booking.

The Queen's Head

If you fancy a casual Christmas day dinner in your local pub, The Queen's Head on Richmond Road might be the place for you.
On Christmas Day, the pub is offering a five-course menu for £105, which includes a glass of English sparkling wine to start followed by a variety of canapes, starters, mains, desserts, and hot drinks and mince pies to finish.
Each course has vegetarian options available.

Warren House Hotel

If you are looking for something a little fancy, then the Warren House Hotel might be up your street.
From 12pm – 4pm on Christmas Day, the hotel is hosting a Christmas Day lunch which includes a four-course meal as well as a glass of prosecco or soft drink on arrival and a glass of wine or soft drink with your meal.
Warren House's Christmas Day Lunch costs £135 per adult, £32.50 for children aged six and under, and £65 for children aged six – 12.
The hotel also has rooms available for you stay in.
The lunch requires a non-refundable £10 deposit per person which must be paid before 1 December.
For those craving some festive food before 25 December, Warren House also has a Festive Lunch & Dinner menu, which is available now, and includes a three-course meal for £59 per person.
The price also includes a welcome glass of prosecco or soft drink, Christmas crackers, mince pies, and tea or coffee to complete the experience.

The Victoria

The Victoria pub in Surbiton, which has recently undergone a swanky refurb, is also inviting punters to enjoy a Christmas Day meal.
The pub's Christmas lunch includes a four-course meal for £95 per person with a variety of starters, mains, and desserts to choose from as well as bread for the table and mince pies to finish.
The Victoria also has a separate menu for the little ones, which includes three courses for £50 per child.
