Located at 31/31a Market Place, the freehold property includes a ground floor shop and a maisonette above, generating a combined annual rental income of £63,100.

The property will be offered with a guide price of £825,000 to £850,000.

The ground floor retail unit is currently leased to Flight Centre UK Ltd until 2029, while the maisonette above is let under a separate assured shorthold tenancy (AST).
