Kingston: Severe weather warning as Storm Barra approaches

THE Met Office has issued a Yellow 'Severe' Weather Warning for most of the UK including London today as Storm Barra approaches.
Heavy rain and gusts of over 40 miles per hour are forecast for Kingston upon Thames.
People are advised to expect disruption and delays to their journeys. Loss of power is also possible and there could be damage to trees.
In Kingston, the heavy rain and winds are expected to hit between 12 and 4pm. Temperatures will feel like 3°, so wrap up warm!
