Rightmove has released its Happy at Home Index 2025, showing where people feel the most and least happy living and Kingston has been ranked among London's top ten happiest boroughs.

Each year, the property platform asks thousands of people across Great Britain how they feel about where they live.

Speaking about the survey, RightMove said: "Feeling happy at home isn't just about the property. It's also about the wider area, the community, and how close you are to the things which matter most."

Making the top ten list for London's happiest boroughs, Kingston came in sixth place.

Next door Richmond borough, which was recently named the UK's happiest place to live by Hello! Magazine, claimed the top spot as London's happiest borough.

 In second place was the borough of Camden with Wandsworth following in third place.

However, while Kingston may be high up in the London index, it is number 53 in the overall UK ranking.

In first place was North Yorkshire's Skipton with Richmond coming in second place.
