A Kingston-based independent user led organisation that offers support to people with autism is hosting a neuro-inclusive silent disco in February.
Express CIC's silent disco will take place at Glenmore House in Surbiton on 13 February from 7.30pm for adults aged 18 and over.

The event follows the success of last year's silent disco and as it is taking place the day before Valentine's Day, Express CIC invites guests to bring a Valentine or Palentine.
On the night, Express CIC will be showcasing ways to make a Big Night Out neuro-inclusive, including a chill-out room with sensory calming features and of course with music on personal headsets, you can choose your own volume.
The event is to help raise funds for Express CIC, which supports autistic people to express, connect, and be themselves.
Early Bird tickets are available until 31 December and standard tickets are available until 13 February with prices ranging from £15 - £25.
You can purchase a ticket here.

Money raised from the Christmas Raffle at Surbiton's Farmer's Market this Saturday (20 December) will also go to Express CIC.
