Kingston: Planned road works taking place across the borough this week

This week will see a number of roadworks take place which could impact your various routes across the Kingston borough.

Read on to find out what areas will be affected and the roads to avoid.

Planned Works

Kingston Bridge: Lane closures, 18 July 2022 to 21 February 2023. Repair of defective bridge parapets, balusters, plinths and coping stones.

Beverley Way (northbound slip road), Kingston: Closed and ongoing until 18 February 2023. Sewer repair works by Thames Water.

Langley Road, Surbiton: Temporary signals from electrical substation to St Matthew's Primary School, 24 October to 17 November 2022. New connection by UK Power Networks.

Sheephouse Way, New Malden: Temporary signals at the junction with South Lane, 11 to 14 November 2022. Duct work by BT.

Springfield Road, Kingston: Temporary signals at the junctions of Denmark Road and Portland Road, 10 to 14 November 2022. Carriageway works.

Brook Street, Kingston: Road closure, 1 to 15 November 2022. Emergency works by Southern Gas Networks.

Coombe Road, Kingston: Temporary signals at the junction with Maple Road, 9 to 17 November 2022. New connection by Thames Water.

Toby Way, Tolworth: Road closure, 7 to 29 November. New connection development by Thames Water.

The Manor Drive, Worcester Park: Temporary signals at the junctions with closed roads of Leyfield and The Hollands, 14 to 18 November 2022. Duct works by BT.

Richmond Road, Kingston: Temporary signals at the junction with Fernhill Gardens, 14 to 15 November 2022. Carriageway valve works by Thames Water.

Upper Brighton Road, Surbiton: Temporary signals outside 8, 16 November 2022. Leakage detection by Thames Water.

Fullers Way North, Tolworth: Temporary signals outside 35, 19 to 20 and 26 to 27 November 2022. Repair works by Thames Water.

Portsmouth Road, Surbiton: Temporary signals on the Surrey CC borough boundary, 14 to 16 November 2022. Trunk main valve works by Thames Water.

Maple Road, Surbiton: Temporary closures along the length of road in sections, 14 to 25 November 2022. Tree pruning works.

Kingston Hill, Kingston: Temporary signals at the junction with Galsworthy Road, 15 to 17 November 2022. Leak detection works by Thames Water.
