A pizza van stationed in Kingston has applied to the council to extend its street trading licence.

Vesuvio on the Road, which trades outside Saint Pius Church on Orme Road, currently has a licence to trade for six months, but is hoping to extend it to 12 months.

The van, which operates at the above location from 5pm – 10pm Wednesday to Sunday, sells woodfired Neapolitan pizza, soft drinks, and desserts, and was awarded a Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering certificate earlier this year.

Residents have until 30 December 2025 to submit representations for this application and can do so here.
