A pizza delivery chain is seeking Kingston Council's permission to extend its operating hours for one of its branches in Kingston.

Pizza Hut hopes to serve late night refreshments until 2am from its branch on Kingston's Richmond Road.

According to the applicant, Zain PH Ltd, "The premises is a food outlet providing hot food and non-alcoholic beverages takeaway and delivery services".

The applicant continued: "It consists of a customer counter area at the front, Kitchen and preparation area at the rear, and a small storage room.

"The premises is fitted with CCTV and fire safety equipment in accordance with local authority requirements."

The branch currently closes at 10.55pm seven days a week, but should its licensing application be approved, it will be allowed to serve late night refreshments from 11pm – 2am seven days a week.
