Popular chain Cake Box opened a brand-new store on Kingston's Fife Road on Saturday, 10 January.

The bakery is known for its fresh cream, egg-free handmade cakes, offering a wide range of treats from celebration centrepieces to everyday snacks.

To mark the opening, the first 100 customers received a free slice of cake, and 100 free cupcakes were given to children while supplies lasted.

Free cake samples were also available for all throughout the day, giving everyone a chance to taste the bakery's creations.
