Kingston bridge: Severe delays of ten minutes on Thames Street Eastbound between A308 Upper Sunbury Road and A310 High Street (Kingston Bridge roundabout). Average speed ten mph. Kingston town centre: Delays of seven minutes and delays increasing on Richmond Road Southbound between A307 Richmond Road and A308 Queen Elizabeth Road. Average speed five mph. Plus: Delays of three minutes and delays increasing on A2043 Cambridge Road Northbound between King Henrys Road and A308 London Road. Average speed five mph. New Malden: Delays of four minutes and delays easing on The Fountain Roundabout Northbound between A3 (Shannon Corner) and A2043 Kingston Road. Average speed ten mph. Plus: Delays of three minutes on A2043 Malden Road Northbound between The Manor Drive and A3 (Shannon Corner).
