KINGSTON resident Tom Holland and his Spiderman co-star Zendaya are reported to be moving to Richmond after buying a £3 million property in the borough.

The property has six bedrooms and will reportedly undergo a £250,000 renovation which will include luxuries such as a home gym, cinema and even a 'man cave'.

Tom, who was born and grew up in Kingston upon Thames, will be just four miles from the family home.

The famous actor has been spotted in Kingston town centre while living at home with his family and often poses for photos with fans.

The Richmond house will be the young British star's second property in London as he already owns a three bedroom flat in the capital.

Tom and Zendaya are growing the already impressive ranks of celebs that have homes in the Richmond area, including fellow Marvel superheroes Tom Hardy and Angelina Jolie.

The pair started dating after meeting on the set of the Spider-Man movies and have quickly become internet favourites for their chemistry both on and off screen.
