Hospitality Heroes: The Canbury Arms

By The Editor

26th Feb 2021 | Local News

Hospitality really needs our help right now.

That's why in the buildup to their reopening on April 12th outside, and May 17th inside, we will be featuring a different pub, bar, restaurant or cafe every week.

This week is the turn of the Canbury Arms.

You can find this pub on Canbury Park Road, north of the town centre.

Here is how the pub describes themselves:

"The Canbury Arms, Kingston upon Thames is a smart community pub, passionate about fresh food and fantastic drink with an extensive bar and cocktail repertoire.

"The pub has been a hub of the North Kingston community for many years, only a short walk from Cromwell Road bus station and Kingston train station.

"Our pub boasts a beautiful restaurant and bar area in addition to a bright and airy private dining room.

"From coffee morning catch ups, light lunches, to celebratory dinners or Sunday roasts we proudly host them all.

"Our spaces are versatile enough to keep it casual or go all out for the big occasions.

"We are also proud home to a beautiful patio where guests can sit back, relax, and enjoy fresh air with their favourite treats and tipples."

That beautiful patio is going to come in very handy from April.
