Prize tickets cost £5 and the draw will be held by the The Victoria Foundation as part of its quiz tonight.

There are four prizes in total on offer. As well as Sir David's book you could win a pet portrait by Baroness Von Dedem, a tan-coloured purse by Ralph Lauren, and a case of champagne!
