Dramatic car accident closes part of Tudor Drive

A road which links Kingston with Ham has been partially closed after a car flipped over and collided with a lamppost.

A section of Tudor Drive around the Cranmer Junction is no longer open to traffic after the incident, which happened earlier this evening.

An ambulance was spotted at the scene.

The 371 bus is now on diversion from its usual route, TFL have said.

Towards Kingston the bus will not serve stops from Richmond Road (Q) through to Norbiton Church / Tiffin Boys School (C).

And towards Richmond it will not serve stops from Cromwell Road Bus Station (A1) through to Barnfield Avenue (T)
