On Sunday 2 March, the annual Seething Festival will be returning to St Andrew's Square from 12- 4.30pm.

At the festival, locals are invited to welcome the real start of 2025 alongside hundreds of like-minded locals and join the villagers of Seething in their annual celebration of folklore legend Lefi Ganferson.

The Seething Festival is the first event of the Seething Village calendar, bringing friends and neighbours from across the borough back together after the lonely winter months since its introduction in 2009.

Besides the much-loved street parade celebrating the Goat Boy of Seething, the day will feature the expectedly-eclectic selection of eye-catching costumes, live music, local traders, food stalls and a charity bar.

Moreover, Mooshwa Pooshwa are confirmed to be playing and food stalls at the festival will include a barbeque, pizza, ice cream, and more, along with the Save the World Club and Kitchen Roots.

There will also be Lefi Ganderson horn masks, and some other goodies handed out for kids to join in with the parade, which will leave St Andrews Square at 2.30pm.

Attendees are encouraged to hang messages to Lefi Ganderson on a tree as part of the celebrations.

There will be a family-friendly crafting stall where children can make lanterns ahead of the Light Procession, which is on 16 March.

On Sunday, 16 March, there will be a Light Procession at Kingston Marketplace where locals are invited to join the Community Brain as it shines a light on Kingston Upon Thames' forgotten candle-making heritage and remember the borough's lamplighters.

Seething Village Fete & Craft Fair

On Saturday, 28 June, from12pm - 4 .30pm, there will be a Seething Village Fete & Craft fair at St Andrews Square.
