Do you know someone who's gone above and beyond to help their community?

Nominations are now open for the Mayor of Kingston's annual Community Awards, which shine a light on those who dedicate themselves to helping others in our Royal Borough.

On the awards, Councillor Diane White, Mayor of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames said: "These awards are a chance for us to celebrate and recognise our community heroes who make such a difference to our lives and communities. Please take a moment to submit a nomination, so we can show our appreciation to those who go above and beyond."

For more information and to nominate someone, please visit the Community Award webpage.

If you are unable to submit your application online, please call the Mayor's Office on 07759 717579 (Mon - Fri, 10am to 4pm) to submit your nomination over the phone. The deadline for applications is Thursday 8 February at 5:00pm.

The award ceremony will take place on Monday 18 March from 12:00pm to 2:00pm in the Council Chamber, Guildhall.
