Kingston Council announced today, 23 August that bin collections will continue as normal over the Bank Holiday weekend.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the council highlighted that local bin company, Veola UK, will be collecting all bins in the borough over the weekend.

Present your bins on their usual collection days this bank holiday weekend! Your hard-working local @VeoliaUK crews will be out and about in the borough collecting your recycling and rubbish ♻️ pic.twitter.com/9YR9RF79xZ
