COVID stats in Kingston: Cases and deaths continue to decrease

COVID stats are moving in the right direction in Kingston.

Here are the key statistics you need to know about locally and beyond:

There have been 650 cases in Kingston Borough over the last seven days - 115 less than the previous week.

That means the rate per 100,000 is 366 - still a little above the national average.

The worst affected areas are Norbiton and New Malden in terms of cases - while Berrylands has the least.

Admissions in Kingston Hospital are also down to 125 per week - seven less than the week prior.

There have also been 17 deaths in the borough - seven less than last week.
