• Preparation of year-end accounts income/expenditure reports

• Production and review service charge accounts
• Reconciling accounts
• Raising service charge demands
• Liaising with stakeholders and responding to any accounts queries as required
• Using Microsoft Excel to compile reports
• Complying with annual audit requests
• Production of reports as requested and presenting to the board when required
• Ensuring RICS Service Charge Residential Management Code is adhered to

The ideal candidate will have experience working within service charge either within a residential or commercial capacity and enjoy working collaboratively within a team, as well as working independently. You will be a driven and self-motivated individual with an exceptional eye for detail. My client will sponsor you through your ACCA exams and will allow you the time to study within the week as well as further accountancy qualifications, should you desire. I am looking for the following experience/characteristics:-

• At least 12-18 months experience managing a set of service charge accounts.
• Excellent communicator via all platforms
• Highly organised and analytical thinker
