Position: Repairs Supervisor

Location: North Surrey

Salary: £43000

Contract: Fixed term contract

About the Role

Our client, a Housing Association based in Surrey is looking for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join their team.

You will be responsible for reactive repairs across the patch, you will be working closely with operatives, the admin team and senior management to ensure that repairs are delivered on time and to an excellent standard.

Duties include: providing technical advice to the operatives and admin team, managing the work in progress, ordering materials, health and safety and ensuring that exceptional customer relationships are maintained.

About You

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a social housing repairs and maintenance environment as well as excellent organisation skills and a good understanding of Health and Safety. IT literacy and excellent communication skills are also essential.
