- Design personalized safari itineraries tailored to clients' preferences.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of each itinerary.
- Efficiently manage inquiries and tasks to maintain high service standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.
- Continuously expand knowledge of safari destinations through training and personal travel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners for seamless safari experiences.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies that focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance processes and team performance.
- Use client feedback to improve safari offerings and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Extensive knowledge of Safari Africa, acquired through professional experience or residency/ travel in East/Southern Africa.
- Experience in selling cross-country safaris (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills with an engaging, professional phone manner.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Deep passion for Africa with a desire to become an expert in African safaris, using personal experience to offer informed advice to clients.
