Our client, a prestigious private members club near Chessington, Surrey are currently looking to recruit a Food and Beverage Duty Manager to join their team.They are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking person to supervise the Front of House area and report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager.Responsibilities / Duties:The Food & Beverage Duty Manager will assist the F&B Manager in the day-to-day operation of this busy private members club and will have responsibility for ensuring Members and Guest expectations are exceeded at every opportunity. Duties will include include cash handling, till operations and stock & cellar management.Experience & Skills required: Proven supervisor experience within the Hospitality sector with a good track record of supplying quality service. Knowledge and understanding EHO, health & safety and hygiene regulations Ability to be well organised, motivated and above all, contain a good work ethic.
