We are also one of Home Instead UK s leading franchises, regularly in the top 5 performing offices of 255 in the UK, typically providing more than 10,000 hours of care every month.

The job role We are looking fo a Deputy Care Manager level of candidate who we describe as the Head of Quality.

As the Head of Quality you will be responsible for ensuring that our service meets the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a critical role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a strong quality assurance skills.

The role reports into our Operations Manager and involves leading a team of four full time (office team) Field Care Supervisors to manage both client and Care Professional Service Reviews, Quality Assessments, Supervisions and Appraisals.

This team have responsibility for 130 clients and 100 Care Professionals. The role entails ensuring, through leading the team, that we are providing care of an outstanding quality to our clients. Care that consistently meets and exceeds client expectations, as well as Home Instead standards and the CQC standards. Of course, this is only possible through ensuring our team of Care Professionals are continually assessed, supported, trained and managed to provide such outstanding care.

The role works alongside our Care Consultant, who manages new client enquiries, and alongside the scheduling team of three full time schedulers.

This role would be well suited to someone that has previously held a Registered Care Manager position previously but who now wants to focus on providing great quality care as opposed to responsibility for the overall performance of a business.

Duties: - Develop, implement and maintain Home Instead and CQC quality control processes and procedures - Oversee the entire quality assurance process, from initial CarePro training and new Client sign up through to ongoing Service Reviews and Appraisals - Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with CQC and Home Instead franchise regulations and standards - Analyse data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement - Train and mentor team of four quality control Field Care Supervisors - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance practices

Qualifications: - Proven experience in a similar role, possibly as a Registered Care Manager previously - Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles - Excellent administrative and system skills with the ability to analyse data and identify trends - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
