Job Title: School Learning Support Assistant

Location: Esher, Surrey

School: Primary School

Contract Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Salary: 100- 110 per day

Are you a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Learning Support Assistant seeking a new opportunity in Esher?

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on children's educational journeys? We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team at a reputable primary school in Esher.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of tailored learning programs
  • Support small group activities, ensuring all students can actively participate
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in a relevant field, such as Teaching Assistant or Early Childhood Education
  • Proven experience supporting children in a primary school setting
  • In-depth knowledge of various learning difficulties and strategies to address individual needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong rapport with students
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and collaborating on student progress
  • A commitment to promoting a safe and nurturing learning environment
