The ideal candidate will have/be able to:

• Passion for working with children who require additional support in order to maximise their full potential
• Be flexible, proactive and patient
• Experience working in an educational environment
• SEN experience (primarily autism and speech & language)
• Teaching Assistant experience
• Keep accurate records
• Enhanced DBS
