The Role - Head Of Department Religious Studies

You will be working as the Head of Department for Religious Studies. You will be leading the department, ensuring the teachers have their necessary resources and correct lesson plans. Assisting when necessary and taking part in SLT and HOD meetings. You will also be expected to teach up to KS5. You must be able to teach the UK curriculum. This role will require you to plan, mark and assess. This is a full time position - Monday to Friday

The school is a 'Good' Mainstream Secondary school. There are currently 1300 pupils attending the school and is a mixed foundation school that is part of a trust . The hours are 08.30-15.30 and an early finish on Friday There is parking on site.
