Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders and manage deliveries from the warehouse to customers to ensure a seamless process.
• Handle shipping documentation and invoices.
• Maintain spreadsheets for stock levels and forecasted sales.
• Issue official quotations for products.
• Liaise and negotiate with customers and factories regarding orders, sales, rescheduling, and pricing.

The Person:

• Previous sales administration experience essential.
• Knowledge of the SAGE CRM system is highly desirable.
• Experience with overseas export shipping preferred.
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
