Office Administrator, up to £25,000 per annum, Chessington, Office Based Your new role In your new role, you will be supporting a team in a family-owned property and real estate business by providing administrative and customer service support to ensure operations run smoothly. This role is an office-based role located in Chessington (Monday to Friday; 9am to 6pm). Your job duties will include:
- Sending emails to clients.
- Answering telephone calls from clients who are looking to book a service or want to find out more information.
- Booking meetings into diaries.
- Sending reports to clients.
- Performing other ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Previous experience working in an office administrator role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Be comfortable speaking to clients over the phone or over email.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
