Office Administrator, up to £25,000 per annum, Chessington, Office Based Your new role In your new role, you will be supporting a team in a family-owned property and real estate business by providing administrative and customer service support to ensure operations run smoothly. This role is an office-based role located in Chessington (Monday to Friday; 9am to 6pm). Your job duties will include:

  • Sending emails to clients.
  • Answering telephone calls from clients who are looking to book a service or want to find out more information.
  • Booking meetings into diaries.
  • Sending reports to clients.
  • Performing other ad hoc administrative tasks.
What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will need the following skills:
  • Previous experience working in an office administrator role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Be comfortable speaking to clients over the phone or over email.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
