Interior Project Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Coordinate and manage the smooth running of the office, including organising meetings, maintaining office supplies, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office equipment, ensuring that everything is in good working order
  • Assist the sales team by preparing presentations, creating reports, and maintaining customer databases
  • Support the finance department by processing invoices, managing petty cash, and reconciling expenses
  • Collaborate with other teams within the organisation to ensure efficient communication and workflow

Desired Skills:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role is preferred
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM software and Photoshop is desirable
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
