Role Responsibilities

  • Take the lead in administrative support, managing everything from B2C customer care (phone calls and emails) to managing the partner database and keeping tabs on orders. You will be the friendly face and voice of the company, handling internal and external communications with a positive and collaborative spirit.
  • Act as the liaison for all departments.
  • Be ready to turn your hand to sales, marketing, and logistics, contributing your skills and energy where they are needed most.
  • Organize and maintain records, databases, and filing systems with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Keep sales data up to date
  • Administer the sale of products and ensure promotional materials are sent as required
  • Provide feedback and present solutions for how to streamline processes
  • To follow up on orders and deliveries as part of after sales care
  • To maintain an accurate record of all customer documentation
  • Respond to website customer enquiries with the right solutions.
  • Investigate issues with the deliveries and provide appropriate responses to customers
  • Process customer replacement orders and communicate with team accordingly
  • Monitor fulfilment portal for customer order issues and action accordingly
  • Upload assets to YouTube
  • Collate information for our website and partners and liaise with suppliers for design and implementation
  • Assist with and implement digital copy

Experience and Skills Requirements

  • Eager enthusiasm and a proactive approach are a must!
  • Your excellent communication skills will contribute to building close relationships with our customers.
  • The company highly value any additional language skills which could help to deliver quality care to their global customers
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or startup environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and learn on the go using initiative.
  • University degree preferable
