Sunday 27 September
Awaken the Energy Within is a three-hour Qi Gong and sound healing workshop at Long Ditton Village Hall in Surrey, conveniently located near Surbiton and Kingston upon Thames.
This relaxing and uplifting afternoon offers you the opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body and explore the relationship between movement, energy, sound and emotional wellbeing.
The workshop begins with accessible teachings and demonstrations exploring how energy can influence the way you feel, think and experience daily life. You will discover practical ideas for bringing greater balance, harmony and awareness into your everyday routine.
You will then be guided through a one-hour Qi Gong class using gentle, flowing movements, breathing and mindful awareness. The practice is suitable for beginners and is designed to help release tension, encourage healthy energy flow and support a calmer, more grounded state.
The afternoon closes with a deeply relaxing sound healing experience. As the sounds and vibrations move through the space, you will be invited to rest, let go of mental noise and allow yourself to receive the experience without pressure or expectation.
This workshop may be especially supportive for anyone who has been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, energetically drained or disconnected from themselves. It is also a welcoming opportunity for those who are curious about Qi Gong, sound healing or grounded spiritual practice but have not known where to begin.
You do not need any previous experience. Peter Paul Parker brings more than 20 years of experience in the mind-body-spirit field and teaches with warmth, clarity and a gentle sense of humour.
