Calligraphy is the art of writing beautifully, but many also use it as a way of switching off, relaxing and relieving stress.

Included with the workshop, you'll be given everything you need to start your calligraphy journey. We'll also give you tea, coffee and cake!

Each materials kit, created by expert calligrapher Stacy Oakley, includes a quality nib, oblique nib holder, pot of sumi ink, comprehensive workbook, premium practice pad, laminated guidelines and alphabet exemplar and a personalised notecard.

During the session, held in the lovely Spring Grove pub in Kingston, Stacy will guide you through all the basics of calligraphy and introduce each letter of the alphabet step by step. Participant numbers will be kept low to make sure that you have plenty of opportunities for help and to ask any questions you may have.

Plus, after the class, you will get exclusive access to guidance videos on Stacy's website and her members-only calligraphy community, where she regularly uploads tricks, tips and tools, as well as offering ongoing support and competitions.

The workshop is suitable for both total beginners and those looking for something to reignite their passion for calligraphy.
